I joined the City of Laredo and community health care leaders to announce the results of a community health needs study. The study revealed, among other results, that our community needs more preventive health care, as well as mental health and substance abuse care. This information is critical so that we can help bring more resources to address these needs. I thank the dedicated partners and health care providers who worked to conduct the study and I look forward to continue working for my community’s well-being.
