Congressman Henry Cuellar had the privilege of presenting four military service medals to Mr. Rodolfo Garcia awarded to him for his service in the Korean War. Mr. Marquez received the Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Medal, Korean Service Medal and the United Nations Service Medal Ribbon. Mr. Marquez’s family reached out to Congressman Cuellar's office, who were able to secure the medals after decades. God bless Mr. Marquez and all of our veterans for their service to our country.
