Congressman Cuellar visited Cotulla to announce a $500,000 grant made available through the Affordable Care Act for the South Texas Rural Health Services facility. CEO Mr. Alfredo Zamora (pictured) joined Congressman Cuellar in the announcement of improvements to the facility including a new roof, relocation of waterlines and new handicap exits.
