The Distance Inventory Program (DIP) was established to accommodate Federal, State, Local, and voluntary Emergency Management Agencies. It enables these organizations to train their members as a group.

If you are interested in training your organization members as a group, course materials can be downloaded from the website and reproduced and needed. If the course you are interested in is not available for download, please call (301) 447-1256, and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Testing can be accomplished in one of two ways:

• Students can individually submit their tests online, and a certificate will be mailed to the student.
  

  OR

• Opscan forms can be provided upon request. This can be accomplished by calling (301) 447-1256. The tests can then be submitted as a group to:
