Tour Requests

Please fill out the following form online, including the requested date(s) of the tour. Craig Summerfield or another member of my staff will contact you to let you know that we have received your information.

A visit to the Capitol is the best tour in town. My staff will personally escort you through the Capitol building during your visit. This includes viewing the rotunda, the Capitol crypt, the old chamber of the House, and the current House chamber.

My office can also request tours of the White House, the Library of Congress, and the Bureau of Printing and Engraving. Tours arranged through my office do not require tickets; instead, we will request that you be added to the list of scheduled visitors at any of these sites.

During your time in Washington, there are countless ways for you to enjoy our nation’s capital. Here are some links to popular sites in the Washington area:

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing
The Holocaust Memorial Museum
The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts
The Libary of Congress
The National Archives
The Smithsonian Institute
The Supreme Court of the United States
The Washington Monument

One final warning. My office is not notified about the status of requests until about two weeks before your trip. If your trip is approaching, and you are concerned that you have not heard from me in some time, just pick up the phone and call Craig Summerfield in my office at (202)225-5665. He’ll be able to answer any questions you have.
