Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (3/13/06)
On March 7, 2006, the Senate passed S. 2320, a bill appropriating $1 billion this year for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).  The RSC prepared this two-page background document on LIHEAP.
