America has the highest quality health care of any country in the world, but when millions of Americans can’t afford it and are left on the outside looking in, we’ve got a crisis.

However, the nation's new health care law - the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act - is not the answer in my book. I voted against it and and supported the Republican substitute which provides more access to health care by lowering costs, ending junk lawsuits, and preserving the doctor/patient relationship - all without raising taxes.

I fully support a repeal of the new law and voted for the Repeal ObamaCare Act. Any law that puts Washington in control of one sixth of the nation's economy is bad medicine. The highest court in the land may have found the law constitutional, but that doesn't make it good policy.
