Congressman Jack Kingston (R-GA) today held a press conference with Congressman Jeff Flake (R-AZ), Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Congressman Tom Graves (R-GA) to balance the budget and begin paying down the national debt in 5 years by limiting total government spending to 18%.
