United States flags which have been flown above the U.S. Capitol building can be purchased through my office. I can have the flag flown in honor of a special event (for example, an anniversary) or in honor of a specific person (for example, a birthday or retirement). Each flag comes with a certificate of authenticity from the Architect of the Capitol certifying that it was flown over the Capitol.

To request a flag, you may mail the following to my Washington, D.C. Office:

• A completed copy of the Flag Request Form
• A signed check made payable to "House office Supply Account for Congressman Joe Sestak" (fees below)
