Boehner on SCHIP: Low-income children first (10/18/07)

House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH) in a press conference called on Democrats to work with Republicans towards bipartisan solutions for renewing the SCHIP program. He expressed the need for the program to return to its original intent of putting low-income children ahead of upper-income families, adults, and illegal immigrants.
