Kaha Ki'i Congressional Art Competition
Each spring I encourage high school student to participate in the Kaha Ki‘i Congressional Art Competition.  Kaha Ki‘i recognizes the artistic talents of high school students throughout our country.  The final winner will have his/her artwork displayed at the Cannon House Office Building Tunnel, a pedestrian walkway leading to the U.S. Capitol, for one year.  Students submit their artwork through their high schools.  The competition is open to any high school student (grades 9-12) residing in the 2nd Congressional District.  For more information, students should call my District office at 808-541-1986.
