2004 DCHA/PVC-ASHA Portfolio

The portfolio lists all active grant agreements and contracts between PVC-ASHA and various organizations. The grant and contract amounts are broken down into six PVC-ASHA program categories: Matching Grant, NGO Strengthening, Cooperative Development, ASHA, Capable Partners, and Ocean Freight Reimbursement. The portfolio provides a brief description of each cooperative agreement’s activities, annual funding levels, and the countries in which the grantee is working. The appendices include an alphabetical listing of PVC-ASHA grantees and a list of sectors in which they concentrate their work.

2004 DCHA/PVC-ASHA Country Report

This report provides the reader with a summary of all PVC-ASHA grants and cooperative agreements. Each page of the report, which is organized by region and by country, is divided into several columns. In the first column the report lists the name and acronym of the organization, the PVC-ASHA agreement number, the type of grant program, and the name of the PVC-ASHA activity officer. The second column lists the start and end dates of each grant, the third column lists the cost-share amount, and the fourth column contains the amount of the total award from PVC-ASHA to the organization during the life of the project (LOP).

The five columns on the right of each page, under the subheading "Country Level Funding," contain data on the organization's present and future fiscal year obligations. Please note that the figures in this report are estimates. A grantee may decide to redirect its PVC-ASHA grant funds from a project in one country to a project in another country. Consequently, the calculations of the total amount of PVC-ASHA funding per region or country could change, depending on how the organizations reallocate their funds in the future.
