Consequences of Terrorism

In January 2002, FEMA was directed to prepare a report for Congress and the Director of the Office of Homeland Security regarding terrorism and emergency preparedness training that the Federal government provides for state and local officials.

The FEMA Training Division in partnership with FEMA’s Office of National Preparedness prepared the report and submitted it to Congress and the Office of Homeland Security on April 12, 2002.
