• Standard Search To use the standard search function, just enter any combination of search criteria in the last and first name fields and click the search button.  The search results will appear in a few moments.
  
  
• Extended Search To use the extended search function, you can enter any combination of search criteria in any of the fields, as long as you specify at least one search criteria.  This search function allows for very specific searches.  For example, to find every Computer Specialist at Mount Weather with a last namean extension starting with the digit 2 and a last name starting with the letter C, enter the letter C in the last name field, the digit 2 in the extension field, select the "Computer Spec" job title, select the "MWEAC" location, and click the search button.  The search results will appear in a few moments.
  
  
• Alphabetical Listing To use the alphabetical listing function, just click on a letter and all phonebook entries with last names starting with the selected letter will be displayed.
  
  
• Organizational Listing To use the organizational listing function, select an organizational office, click the Go! button, and all entries falling under the selected office will be displayed by organizational office, division, and branch.
  
  
• Regional Listing To use the regional listing function, select a region, click the Go! button, and all entries falling under the selected region will be displayed by organizational office, division, and branch.
  
  
• Search Results The search results screen displays the individual phonebook entries returned by the search functions.  You can sort the results by clicking on one of the underlined column headers.  Note: the sort function is only available for the standard search, extended search, and alphabetical listing functions.  Organizational and regional listings cannot be sorted.
