Utah Brothers Indicted on Firearm Charges

Utah brothers Jesus and Horatio Beltran have been indicted on federal firearms charges. Because both men have previous convictions, they will be tried in federal court and face stiffer penalties.

Arkansas Man Sentenced to 20 years

An Arkansas man has been sentenced to nearly 20 years in federal prison after being charged last year with possession and intent to distribute 921 pounds of marijuana. Thanks to Project Safe Neighborhoods, the judge imposed a harsher penalty.
