The Los Alamos Research Quarterly is published to communicate the Laboratory's achievements and how they benefit our neighbors, our nation, and the world. The Research Quarterly highlights our ongoing work to enhance global security by ensuring the safety and reliability of the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile, developing technical solutions to reduce the threat of weapons of mass destruction, and solving problems related to energy, environment, infrastructure, health, and national security.
