Before you go.
Before you go, it might be helpful to explain our detailed tables. These tables provide the most detailed data on all topics and geographic areas. The American Community Survey Detailed Tables are divided into two groups -- core and noncore.

Familiarizing yourself with the core and noncore table numbers may help you in your search on FactFinder.

Core Tables
The profiles we provide here on the ACS website are a subset of the basic tables of housing and population characteristics. We refer to these as the core tables. These tables are the foundation upon which higher level profiles are built, and are generally released to the public first along with the profiles and ranking tables. Show me a list of core tables.

Noncore Tables
Noncore tables include many of the core table estimates repeated for 11 racial and Hispanic Origin groups, additional derived measures, and imputation estimates. Show me a list of noncore tables.
