WINZIP and PKZIP/PKUNZIP
Many of Census Bureau files are compressed. They are easily
uncompressed using one of the following packages:
- WINZIP - Choose if using Windows.
Follow the instructions to download and install the software.
- PKZIP/UNZIP - Download the file below, by clicking on the
filename.
pkz204g.exe
After you have saved the file you will need to execute/run the file
which will install the software on your computer. Then you will be able
to use pkunzip to uncompress our files.
