The average delivered price per ton of coal at electric utilities in 1994 was $28.03 and was $25.39 in 2003. The average delivered price per ton of coal at other industrial plants in 1994 was $32.55 and $34.17 in 2003. The average delivered price per ton of coal at coke plants in 1994 was $46.56 and $50.63 in 2003.
