BBRB Newsletter: Spring 2002

Greetings Colleagues! Welcome to the Spring 2002 edition of the newsletter of the Basic Biobehavioral Research Branch (BBRB). Once again, we hope that our newsletter will provide you with timely and useful information about behavioral science research at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), the state of behavioral and social sciences research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), training and funding opportunities at NCI, and the NIH grant application and review process. Our goal is to assist cancer control researchers in advancing cancer control behavioral science. Please send your comments and subscription requests to nelsonw@mail.nih.gov. For more information about the Basic Biobehavioral Research Branch, or if you are interested in submitting a biobehavioral research application, contact Wendy Nelson, Ph.D. (301/435-4590), Paige McDonald, Ph.D. (301/435-5037), or Michael Stefanek, Ph.D. (301/496-8776), or visit our web site at http://biobehavioral.cancer.gov.
