ABSTRACT:  Investigative records contain copies of messages between US and foreign law enforcement in international criminal investigative and humanitarian matters. Administrative records include personnel and general files.

PURPOSE: To enable US federal, state, and local law enforcement to seek and to provide police-to-police criminal investigative and humanitarian assistance involving any two or more of the other 178 INTERPOL member countries; to enable the USNCB to function efficiently.

ACCESS CONSTRAINTS: All records are protected from unauthorized access through appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards.

USE CONSTRAINTS: For performance of assigned tasks.

AGENCY PROGRAM: Supports international criminal investigative and humanitarian work of all US federal, state, and local law enforcement.
