This unknown suspect is wanted for his involvement in a series of five bank robberies in the Sacramento, California, area between August 10, 1998 and September 16, 1998. The suspect generally enters the bank and stands in the customer line. Once at the teller window, he usually mumbles something which the teller cannot understand. He then makes an oral demand for money, usually specifying the denominations which he wants.

The suspect has been associated with an early 1990's model, blue Ford Probe with partial California license plates similar to "2TT" and possibly ending in "289."
