Animal Care Inspection Reports of USDA Licensed or Registered Facilities

The availability of inspection reports electronically has been discontinued until legal issues are resolved. Hard copies of Animal Care inspection reports can be obtained through the regional offices

Please note that inspection reports for a given facility will be placed in the online access database 21 days after the inspection. Therefore, there should be no reports to access until October 22, 2001.

Annual Reports from Research Facilities for 1996, 1997 and 1998

The annual reports from research facilities for the years 1996, 1997, and 1998 can be found on the APHIS E-FOIA web site at: https://foia.aphis.usda.gov/read_room/animal_welfare/index.html.

The years 1999 and 2000 will be added when the electronic conversion of these reports is complete.
