THE DETAILS SURROUNDING THE CRIME

Law enforcement authorities are seeking information regarding an alleged hate crime, which occurred in the Phoenix, Arizona, area. On May 19, 2003, at approximately 9:20 p.m., a male victim, who is a Sikh, was shot twice in the groin area. At the time of the incident, the victim was waiting for a family member to pick him up after he parked his tractor trailer on a road in the Phoenix area. The victim, who was wearing a turban during the incident, was reportedly advised by his assailant(s) that he should return to his own country.

The FBI is offering a reward for information leading directly to the arrest(s) of the suspect(s).
