In
the face of allegations that telecommunications giant MCI
has avoided paying terminating access fees by redirecting
phone calls so that the fees would be paid by its competitors,
the FBI's Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property Squad
in New York has been conducting a number of interviews into
the matter.
Working
with the U.S. Attorney Office for the Southern District of
New York and with U.S. Attorneys Offices throughout the country,
it now seeks additional information from both individuals
and corporate entities.
If you
have any relevant information, please contact the FBI New
York squad directly at c37.ny@fbi.gov.
Please include "MCI" in the subject line
and give a brief synopsis of the facts in the text of the
e-mail.
