| Remarks: | Lea Ricketts was last known to be in Bellingham, Washington, in January of 1997 where she utilized the name Samantha Morrison. While in Bellingham, she may have used the services of a child care center and applied for residence at a woman's shelter. | ||
Lea Ricketts is wanted for failing to return her daughter, Camille Ricketts, to her father in Kona, Hawaii, in March of 1996. At the time, the girl's father had been awarded custody of his daughter. Lea Ricketts was indicted by the Hawaii County Grand Jury for custodial interference on October 14, 1997. A federal arrest warrant was then issued for Ricketts in the District of Hawaii on February 11, 1998, charging her with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
