procedure has the image of the prints sent through computers
to the FBI's fingerprint center in West Virginia for comparison
in the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System

DelGreco: "IAFIS is a national fingerprint database that combines
criminal histories with mug shots, scars, and tattoo photos
and aliases maintained by the FBI."

Schiff: In early 2004, a man was arrested in New England. DelGreco
says his prints were run through the FBI's IAFIS system...

related charge and was identified by fingerprints as wanted
since October, 2003, for homicide in Florida."
