SHOT Helps Protect and Educate Youth

Sergeant Richard Davies of the Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Police Department introduced the SHOT (See it, Hear it, Tell it) Program more than 1 year ago in Jefferson County to educate youth on gun violence, responsibility, and making the right choices.

Burlington Announces Gun Lock Giveaway

Burlington, Massachusetts, residents can now obtain free locks from the police department. These gun locks are in addition to the 12 million that Project ChildSafe has already distributed nationwide this year.

Massachusetts Police Departments To Distribute Free Gun Locks

Project ChildSafe gave Massachusetts police departments 170,000 gun locks to distribute free of charge in each district beginning October 4. Last year, Project ChildSafe gave out 20 million free gun locks throughout the United States to help reduce gun violence.
