This message is intended for customers of the moving companies listed on this site who have submitted complaints via America On Line (AOL)

It has come to our attention that complaints submitted by users of AOL have not been received by the FBI or have not been received in their entirety. Attempts to remedy this situation have not been successful. If your goods were loaded by one of the companies listed on this site, have not been delivered, and you have not been contacted by an FBI employee in response to a complaint you submitted through AOL, please print the complaint form, complete it by hand, then mail or fax it to the Miami office of the FBI. If your goods have been delivered but you are missing items, please do not send another communication. This message is only for consumers whose goods are missing in their entirety. The FBI has recently executed search warrants at locations connected with the following moving companies:

SI TRUCKING, INC.
ALL POINTS USA RELOCATION SYSTEMS, INC

In the event that the FBI has notified you that your property was stored at one of the searched locations and was seized pursuant to the executed search warrants, federal law requires you to file with the court a formal document, called a “Motion for Return of Property,” together with a sworn Affidavit (stating the facts supporting your motion) requesting that your property be released to you. You may wish to consult and/or hire an attorney to do this for you or you may file the Motion and Affidavit on your own. To assist you in filing your own request for the return of your property, a sample Motion and Affidavit is available on this web site for each of the moving companies. Simply find the sample that pertains to your particular moving company and complete the necessary information in the bracketed areas. Directions on how to file the documents with the court are at the bottom of the sample.
