Mr. Schiff: That's Special Agent Ross Rice at the Chicago FBI Field Office...

Mr. Rice: "It's an opportunity for a cross-section of residents from a particular city or community to attend class."

Mr. Schiff: Rice says Chicago's Citizens Academy was four weeks of classes...

Mr. Rice: "The final session of the Academy is a day at our training range up in north Chicago. It's a combination graduation ceremony and an opportunity for the attendees to witness first hand demonstrations by our SWAT team, Evidence Recovery Team, our hostage negotiators as well as learn about weapons and firearms safety."
