Mr. Ackman: "He had stolen the deputy warden's van and driven off the grounds."

Mr. Schiff: Dial had trustee status. Ackman says he was working with the deputy warden's wife at the couple's garage. When the deputy warden came home, only his children were there...

Mr. Ackman: "He knew that Dial was doing some artwork in his garage where they were setting-up a pottery program. So he called over to the prison grounds to ask Dial if he had seen his wife and Dial could not be located. And that's when they went to lock down in the prison and it was discovered the van was missing."

Mr. Schiff: Dial and Bobbi Parker were gone. The case was classified a kidnapping and the FBI was called...

Mr. Ackman: "Three weeks later the van was found in Wichita Falls, Texas."
