Susan Diane Jones Minton and her husband, Willie Mike Minton, have been wanted since October of 1995, when they failed to return to a Montgomery, Alabama Circuit Court following a break in their hearing on drug charges. After state warrants were issued for the Mintons' arrests, federal warrants were issued on November 18, 1997, by the United States District Court, Middle District of Alabama, charging the Mintons with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
