Igor Koumlikov is wanted for committing several crimes in the Detroit, Michigan, area. During June or July of 2000, Igor Koumlikov allegedly broke into the home of a man, with whom he had a previous physical altercation. It is alleged that Koumlikov fatally beat the man and then left the victim's home, to seek assistance with the crime.
