Remarks: Cullinane reportedly suffers from a bi-polar disorder and in the past has mentioned suicide. Cullinane has ties to Missouri, Colorado, and Washington. He is believed to have fled to Costa Rica.

CAUTION

Steven James Cullinane is wanted on drug-related charges. During January of 1998 through February of 2000, it is alleged that Cullinane was involved in a conspiracy to distribute cocaine and marijuana from Mexico and Colorado to the Kansas City, Missouri, metropolitan area. Additionally, co-conspirators involved in this drug-trafficking scheme have been indicted and convicted.

On March 7, 2001, a federal grand jury indicted Cullinane for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and marijuana. On the same day, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri, charging Cullinane with drug violations.
