CAUTION

Dion Scott Koglin is wanted for committing several crimes in New Haven, Michigan. During 1996 through 1997, Koglin, who was a corrections guard, along with several other employees, allegedly smuggled drugs and/or contraband into a Michigan State prison.

On September 10, 1997, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, charging Dion Scott Koglin with the following crimes: affecting commerce by obtaining property under color of official right; distribution of cocaine; and aiding and abetting.

Additionally, Koglin is charged by the state of Michigan, with criminal sexual conduct, 1st degree, carrying a concealed weapon, and fleeing and eluding police.

From September of 1997 through January of 2000, Koglin's alleged accomplices were charged and pled guilty to smuggling drugs and/or contraband into the correctional facility. Koglin remains at large.
