In August of 1994, Randolph Franklin Dial escaped from the Oklahoma State Reformatory in Granite, Oklahoma, while serving a life sentence for murder. Bobbi Louaine Parker, the wife of the assistant warden of the prison at that time, has been missing since Dial's escape. A few days after the escape, Parker's minivan was found abandoned in Wichita Falls, Texas. While incarcerated, Dial initiated and expanded an art program at the prison which allowed inmates to make art pieces, including paintings, sculptures, and pottery. This program involved Parker and the use of her garage, which was on the prison grounds, as one of the areas where the art work was done. This enabled Dial to befriend Parker. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest of Randolph Franklin Dial and the location of Bobbi Louaine Parker. Bobbi Louaine Parker is described as a White female, DOB: May 13, 1962, 5'5", approximately 130 pounds, with hazel eyes and long, straight red hair. She may use the alias names Bobbie Louaine Parker, Bobbi Louaine Cline, and Bobbie Louaine Cline. She is listed in NCIC as an endangered missing person (NCIC#: M763735903). IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS CASE, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL FBI OFFICE OR THE NEAREST AMERICAN EMBASSY OR CONSULATE. |
