CAUTION

Kenneth Dodd is wanted for his alleged involvement in a Washington, D.C. component of a major drug distribution conspiracy operating throughout the United States. Dodd was allegedly a key member of a violent street gang that operated in the 18th and M Streets area in northeast D.C. This gang allegedly sold PCP, Ecstasy, and cocaine to customers in Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. Dodd is also wanted for questioning in connection with several homicides which are alleged to have been associated with the gang's illegal drug activities.

The 18th and M Streets gang was allegedly a part of a national criminal enterprise which is responsible for transshipping gallons of PCP and multi-kilogram quantities of cocaine from California and Texas, respectively, for subsequent distribution along the East Coast to include New York, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, Georgia.

Since 2003, the FBI, DEA, and the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department have been investigating the D.C. based group connected with the national criminal enterprise. On March 12, 2004, a Federal Grand Jury, United States District Court, Washington, D.C. indicted Dodd and other individuals for conspiracy to distribute PCP and various other related crimes.
