CAUTION At approximately 9:53 a.m., on July 12, 2001, an unknown white male suspect entered a bank in Denison, Texas and handed a teller a demand note. The note stated that the suspect wanted money, but no other items or he would perform a violent act. The unknown suspect then pulled up his shirt to reveal the butt of a black pistol, which was in his waistband. He then verbally demanded money from the teller as he put a bag on the teller's counter. The suspect received money and then fled in an unknown direction. At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a yellow baseball cap and dark plaid-colored shirt. These two items have been recovered. It was also noted that the suspect was wearing blue jeans. He was described as having 2 to 3 days' growth of facial hair and long sideburns.
