At approximately 9:10 a.m., on Friday, November 30, 2001, an unknown Black male suspect entered a bank in Dallas, Texas. The suspect approached a teller requesting a withdrawal slip. After being told that paper withdrawal slips are not used at the bank, the suspect stated that he was robbing the bank and wanted a specific amount of money in a bank envelope. The robber received the money and then walked out of the bank.

The unknown suspect was wearing a dark baseball cap; a leather jacket; and dark-colored pants. He was described as having a calm demeanor.
