Scars and Marks: Desiree Lingo-Perkins has a scar on her abdomen and a tattoo of a butterfly on her right calf with the names "Teanna", "Sean", and "Rachel" written beneath it.
Remarks:

Desiree Lingo-Perkins has ties to Beaumont, Texas; Connecticut and the Texas/Mexican border. She has become familiar with the Mexican immigrant community in Texas and it is believed that she has traveled with some of these immigrants to Mexico where she is now living. She may travel with truck drivers and is known to be involved in prostitution.

Lingo-Perkins has tested positive for Hepatitis C. She also suffers from a bipolar disorder and has taken the following medications: Trazadone, Lithium, and Prozac.

CAUTION

Desiree Dawn Lingo-Perkins is wanted for her alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a Texas man. On March 10, 2000, the victim was kidnapped in Troup, Texas. A ransom note was received a short time later by his family. The next day, the victim's body was discovered in rural Cherokee County, Texas. Three males have since been arrested on state warrants charging them with capital murder in connection with this case. Lingo-Perkins, an alleged active participant in the planning and execution of the crime, has also been charged in a state warrant for capital murder and a federal warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

The FBI is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of Desiree Dawn Lingo-Perkins.
