WASHINGTON D.C. - Patrick Fine, the U.S. foreign aid official in Afghanistan responsible for $1.9 billion reconstruction and development program, will be available for interviews from Washington on Wednesday, October 20th through Monday, October 25^th.

Possible topics include:
