The Notification of Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act) was signed into law by President George W. Bush on May 15, 2002, and became effective October 1, 2003. Its purpose is to increase Federal agencies accountability for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws.
One of the requirements of the No FEAR Act is for Federal agencies to post on their public website statistical EEO data. This data is updated on a quarterly basis.
