The Clerk’s Office of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee is located on the first and second floors of the Customs House in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Our physical and mailing addresses can be found on the column on your left. Hours of Operation: The Clerk’s Office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. with the exception of Federal Holidays.
