For the U.S. Bankruptcy Court - Asheville, NC


Beginning November 2004, Charlotte Ch. 13 dismissal hearings will be held at the Trustee's office, 4600 Park Road, Suite 101 ( map to new location), Charlotte, North Carolina. Telephone: 704.372.9650. Dismissal hearings will continue to be held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month.


Shelby hearing dates for the remainder of 2004: October 29 and December 3.

The court anticipates allowing creditors to file proofs of claim electronically on or about January 1, 2005. If you are a creditor who regularly files proofs of claim electronically in bankruptcy courts and are interested in obtaining the necessary log-in credentials to be able to file in our court, please respond to our website e-mail address. Please provide the name of the creditor company, the creditor's address, contact person's name, telephone number, e-mail address, and an estimated average number of the proofs of claim you anticipate filing.
