System Upgrade Notice:
The Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system will be unavailable on
October 16, 2004 in order to conduct a scheduled upgrade to version
2.5. The upgrade involves a change to the credit card payment
process as well as several usage enhancements. A revised
credit card manual is now available for download as well as a "What's
New for CM/ECF 2.5" guide.
Local Rules Revisions: Revised Local Rules are available for
review. Barring further revisions,
they will become effective after final approval by the U.S. District
Court. Upon final approval, we will notify users of the effective
date of the Revised Local Rules via this web site. Click on the links provided to view the
