CAUTION

Arvind Sinha is being sought for the sexual assault of several women in the California area. During 1989 through 1992, Sinha allegedly raped six female patients during their medical examinations. The victims were seeking medical attention for various ailments, none of which concerned their genitalia.

On February 25, 1992, two state arrest warrants were issued by the Municipal Court of California, County of San Diego, San Diego Judicial District, charging Arvind Sinha with the crimes of rape by a foreign object (7 counts), sexual battery (3 counts), and rape (1 count). Subsequently, on March 10, 1992, a federal arrest warrant was issued in by United States District Court, Southern District of California, charging Sinha with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
