CAUTION Christopher Hearter Harrison is wanted for his alleged involvement in a shooting spree which took place in Arkansas. On August 17, 2002, Harrison reportedly drove in front of two residences in West Memphis, Arkansas and stopped his car. From the car, Harrison allegedly fired numerous shots from a SKS type rifle towards one of the residences and a man who was outside, wounding him. Then, Harrison traveled a few blocks away and allegedly fired numerous shots towards a vehicle, striking the female driver who was accompanied by her small children. A nearby residence was also struck from the hail of gunfire. Both victims of the shootings survived their wounds. Harrison was charged with terroristic acts, first degree battery, and possession of a firearm by certain persons, in a state arrest warrant which was issued on August 23, 2002, by the District Court of West Memphis and Crittenden County, Arkansas. On September 30, 2003, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas, charging Harrison with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Additionally, Harrison is wanted by local law enforcement authorities in Tennessee, for first degree murder, criminal attempt felony, and especially aggravated robbery. In June of 1999, Harrison allegedly shot and killed one man and attempted to shoot another man in front of an apartment in Memphis, Tennessee. The FBI is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of Christopher Hearter Harrison.
