An unknown male suspect is wanted in connection with the robbery of a bank in Honolulu, Hawaii, on September 30, 1999. At approximately 12 noon, the suspect entered the bank and approached a teller station. He then presented the teller with a demand note written on the back of a deposit slip. The demand was written in blue ink and stated something to the effect of "Give me all your money." The suspect did not say anything during the robbery. After the teller gave the suspect the money from one of her drawers, the suspect pointed to another drawer and made the teller give him the money from there, too. During the robbery, the suspect remained calm and played with the wig he was wearing.

After receiving the money, the suspect fled the bank by crossing a walkway and entered a nearby building. There, he took an elevator to a high-numbered floor where he asked employees of two businesses if he could use the women's restroom. In the restroom, the suspect changed his clothes and left behind a wig, clothing, and a bag.

During the robbery, the suspect wore a plaid flannel shirt over a t-shirt and blue jeans. He had on a long, black wig and carried with him a manila-colored money bag with handles. The suspect had dark-colored arms and well-manicured hands. His face was light in complexion due to the fact that he may have been wearing make-up and lipstick. He may have had moles on his face.

The FBI is offering a reward for information leading directly to the arrest of this suspect.
