03/25/04

Graphic collage of Elvis Presley's jewelry. Photograph of and link to Elvis Presley's solid gold I.D. bracelet Photograph of and link to Elvis Presley's Las Vegas Hilton logo scarf Photograph of and link to Elvis Presley's 1955 Hamilton wrist watch Photograph of and link to Elvis Presley's 1956 Louisiana Hayride ring Photograph of and link to Elvis Presley's diamond and gold pendant and chain Photograph of and link to Elvis Presley's 1953 Humes High School ring Photograph of and link to Elvis Presley's diamond-encrusted 41 carat Star Ruby ring Photograph of and link to Elvis Presley's gold and onyx medallion with diamonds spelling "Elvis"

It was no "Viva Las Vegas" on March 14th when thieves broke into the Elvis-A-Rama museum. They got away with a bundle:

Needless to say, fans are "Crying in the Chapel." The museum security staff says "I Got Stung." "Suspicious Minds" everywhere say it's "Too Much."

We hope you will view the artifacts carefully. If you have any knowledge to share about their whereabouts or about the identity of the thieves, please contact Detective Kelli Hickle, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, 702-229-3655.

Oh, and a few words to the thieves:

  • "It's Now or Never"
  • "Surrender"
  • Get set for some "Jailhouse Rock"
