NRCS Approved Reorganization

On May 5, 2004, the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) announced a reorganization effort designed to streamline the agency to better meet the growing demands for NRCS services.

Effective September 5, 2004, NRCS officially closed offices for the seven existing institutes, those for cooperating scientists, and the six regional offices and will realign to our new structure.

Information from Web sites will be transferred to new locations within the NRCS Web network in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during the transition and look forward to serving you from our new locations.
